Hi! Welcome back to “Rongzhong Li”. Today, We are sharing a video about Protected Vs Unprotected Batteries On Nybble – Robots DIY.
I tried to use protected batteries to reproduce the malfunctioning reported by a user. It shows that the property of batteries could be a problem.
Protected batteries seems to be longer than unprotected batteries due to their extra protection circuits on top. If the battery cannot supply enough current or if it cuts off power when detecting large current draw, the power supply will be interrupted and cause malfunction on NyBoard.
