If you behave authentically you are by definition creative because there is only one you to CREATE that authentic and unique self. This manifests in how you form relationships, how you work and what you do, your daily habits and routines, what makes you curious, how you relate to your emotions, the diet you eat, your exercise routines, and more.
This has to do with YOU and everything that YOU are actually DOING in your life. Creativity is not just about painting or making music, but how you behave in general. Being authentic and deeply connected to yourself automatically makes you creative.
