Essential Oil Roll On Bottle Filling Capping Machine Introduction:
Reliance R-VPF automatic monoblock essential oil amber glass bottle filler capper machine is design for the essential oil roll on glass vials with plastic dropper insert and screw caps ( Security Cap ) close. It is widely used in Essential oil and cosmetic industrials, suit for fill cosmetic essential oil, vapor essential oil, skin care essential oil, eye serum, eye care, eye scream, and pure essential oil with corrosive, blend oil, essential oil used for diffuser.
How to fill essential oil roll on bottles :
Automatic essential oil bottle filling and capping machine is a smart filler using PLC control system and programmed with best solution packaging Essential Oil and massage oil. it with function of - empty bottle feeding - bottle filling with essential oil or tea tree oil - pick and place roller dropper - on bottle neck by hand – pick and place screw cap ( or press on cap ) - cap closing automatic - finished - bottle labeling machine as option in the next packing station.
Filling and dosing System:

2. Filling system can design with piston pump ( suit for thick oil an gel or corrosive oil ) or Peristaltic pump ( suit for light oil and non-corrosive oil )
