Our patient came to Dr. Ruff looking to exchange her implants because she desired fuller, bigger-sized silicone implants. To accommodate for the bigger size, Dr. Ruff implanted mid-size implants first, to allow for her skin and tissue to expand. She is now getting her intermediary implants replaced with the ones that she desired. Results are at the end of the video (the scar on her right breast is from mastitis due to breastfeeding).
