Ye Khichda 4 ghante me ban kar ready ho Jata hai....sabse pehle Chade hue Gehu ko Garam Pani me 3 ghante Bhigo ke rakh dena hai. aur sabhi dal ko 1 ghante tak bhiga kar rakh dena hai.
Gehu aur dal bhigti hai waha tak aapko kukar me Mutton ka Salan (Korma) bana lena hai, Pyaz ka birasta bana lena hai aur Garnish ke liye Dhaniya, Phudina, Hari mirch, Adrak ko ready kar lena hai.
Jab Gehu bhigte hue 3 Ghanta pura ho jayega Tab Aapko Bade Kukar me Gehu aur sabhi Dal ko Mila kar Boil kar lena hai sirf 15 se 20 minut me gehu Kukar me gal jayege kyo ki hum ne pehle hi Use Garam pani me bhigo kar rakha tha Agar Kukar ba dada na ho to aap gehu aur sabhi dal ko Bade se Patele me Dal kar Ubal sakte ho Patele me Aapko 30 se 40 Minute lagega
Gehu aur Dal Gal Jaye To Use Dal ghote ya Hand blender se Ghot lena hai 5 minute tak aur Bade Patele me Sabhi gehu aur dalo ko Dal kar Gas pe Rakh dena hai aur Usi me Mutton ka korma Mix kar lena hai, Ab Thoda birasta, Phudina, Dhaniya, Haree Mirch, Chat masala, Jeera powder, Limbu ka ras dal kar 15 se 20 Minute Slow Ya Medium Flame pe Gas par rakh dena hai, Jarur pade to isme Garam pani bhi dal sakte ho. Namak kam lage to wo bhi Isi time dal dena
Last me Jeera, Adrak-Lehsun, Lal mirch ka Tadka dal dena hai. Aap chaho to koyle ka dum bhi de sakte ho Uska smoky flavour bhi khachde me bahot achha lagta hai.
