A former investigator for the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office pleaded not guilty to fleeing from an accident that left a teen critically injured.
Judge Ross Andrews set Rauch's bail at $10,000 cash or a $20,000 bond. He also suspended Rauch's license and ordered the defendant to surrender his passport.
Oswego County First Assistant District Attorney Mark Moody served as the special prosecutor for the arraignment.
Emil Rossi, one of Rauch's defense attorneys, declined to comment on the accident.
