This video is about Merridale Ciderworks and my favourite cider from there that is made with honey and manages to not be overly sweet. Cyser is a traditional blend of pure vintage apple juice and wildflower honey, combined in a slow fermentation process that dates back to the Viking days. This would pair very well with a curry.
