Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has written a letter to Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley reminding the unfulfilled promises made in State Re-Organisational Act. In the letter, the Chief Minister has reminded the Centre that has promised to fulfill all commitments made to Seemandhra.
