The Punjab and Haryana high court on Friday turned down the Punjab government's request against taking Bharatiya Janata Party leader Tajinder Singh Bagga back to Delhi. It adjourned the case for Saturday. Prior, Delhi Police took Bagga's care from Punjab police in Kurukshetra in Haryana in the wake of enlisting a kidnapping situation when Bagga was arrested by Punjab police over his supposed threat to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal."Unfortunately, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is using Punjab Police to serve his political needs”, Congress leader Alka Lamba reacts to Punjab Police's action against Tajinder Bagga. Meanwhile Tajinder Bagga's father, Preetpal Singh Bagga said, "10-15 cops dragged my son. I just want to say to Kejriwal that this is just the beginning for us.
