⭐Shading inks feature an effect where writing looks darker in some areas and lighter in others. Dual-shading inks feature a similar characteristic, but shade to a different color instead. Dual-shading can also be called chroma shading, double color, dual color, or dual tone.
⭐Sheening inks feature a metallic rim that’s most visible when writing is held at an angle or near the light.
⭐Shimmering inks produce a sparkling effect due to the fine glitter particles suspended in the ink.
