Polish artist Magdalena Abakanowicz’s exhibition called Every Tangle of Thread and Rope at the Tate Modern in London. Abakanowicz was famous for her large-scale woven textile works, known as Abakans. She was a pioneer in reimagining the definition of sculpture and paved the way for art installations today. The exhibition visualises the transformation her work went through in the early stages of her career, moving from 2D into 3D. On show until 21st May 2023.
