If you're one of the unfortunate folks that find themselves with a dead OBD-II port and a "Crank, but No Start" issue after reconnecting your BMW X3's battery...this video is for you.
Also, you cannot set the Date & Time in the infotainment system until you implement this fix.
The issue is a blown OBD fuse behind the glovebox. On the F25 model X3, it is fuse #3. once fuse #3 is replaced, all these issues are resolved; immediately. Cheers!
