Start by washing one cup of split red moong dal thoroughly Add garlic, green chilli ,then cook it in water until it’s soft. Now, it's time to add the chopped spinach!Stir everything together and let it simmer for five more minutes.Add turmeric powder and salt .
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil and add a teaspoon of mustard seeds. Let them splutter for that aromatic kick!.Add dried red chilli. Add this into the daal .Stir everything together
