Ingredients
Authentic Bangalore Hara Mutton Phaal . 500 gms Mutton
2 Onion( finely chopped )
1 &1/2 Onion ( roughly chopped )
6 to 7 Green chillies
1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
8 to 10 Garlic cloves
One bunch Coriander leaves ( with stem)
15 to 20 Peppercorns
1tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
4 to 5 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
For Green Masala Paste
Onions ( roughly chopped)
Green Chillies
Pepper corns
Garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
Ginger & Garlic paste
grind it into a fine smooth paste.
Method
Heat Oil in a pressure cooker,add finely chopped onions,once golden brown add the green masala paste.Mix well
Add turmeric and garam masala powder ,mix and cook the masala.
Add Mutton , salt and mix
Add 2 cups of water , pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
Take off the pressure,dry the gravy to the desired consistency .
Serve it with rice or roti.
