Short plastic film crushing washing dewatering line
The plastic film crushing washing dewatering line is used to recycle the waste PP PE plastic film mainly. It's a short recycling line including three machines only.
1, a heavy crusher machine, which crush the waste films with water to flush out the parts of soil and mud dust.
2, screw friction washer: wash the crushed PP PE plastic films while the screw conveying.
3, centrifugal dewatering machine: rotation speed is up to 1500rpm, the dewatering result is very good.
Models of the short PP PE plastic film crushing washing dewatering line:
1, 200-300kg/h
2, 300-500kg/h
3, 600-800kg/h
Other models can be customized, but for big plastic film washing line, we will suggest you to choose the plastic squeezing machine for dewatering treatment.
