In Sweden, which has not locked down bars, restaurants and other social venues, there are close to 20,000 infections, and 2355 people have died. International affairs editor Philip Turle, says authorities argue the death toll is far less per capita than other European countries such as France or Spain, while business has remained open. Even so, their death rate is nearly six times that of neighbouring Norway and Finland.
