Praline Recipe
125g of roasted and skinned hazelnuts
85g of sugar
30ml of water
Bring the sugar and water to the boil in a small pot on a medium heat. Once it begins to brown add the nuts and combine with a wooden spoon. Turn the mixture out on to a sheet of baking paper.
After it cools down blend it. It will start out as a powder but once the oil is released from the nuts it will turn to a paste
