Bosnian Serbs are reinforcing their western front lines around
their northern stronghold, Banja Luka. They hope to stop any
further advance by Croatian troops from the west, and to stabilise
the new front lines. Among the fresh troops deployed are the
notorious "Serbian Tigers" of the paramilitary leader Arkan, or
Zeljko Raznatokvic.
