Unipart Rail and Thomson Engineering Design have won the Innovation in Railway Construction competition, funded by the Department for Business and Trade. The major competition, led by Innovate UK, in partnership with the Global Centre of Rail Excellence (GCRE), is designed to recognise and support groundbreaking projects aimed at advancing and enhancing railway construction methodologies.
