Raw video of a black Infiniti coupe ramming the security barrier in front of the White House, then speeding away from police through the streets of Washington, D.C. Officers fired multiple gunshots at the car. The bizarre incident ended when the car was finally stopped at the gates of the U.S. Capitol building.
