Raimondo, issuing yet another decision that grabs power for federal judges to strike down federal regulations that we depend on to keep us safe. In its 6-3 decision, the Court eliminated the Chevron deference doctrine, a longstanding legal principle that allow of federal agencies (like the Environmental Protection Agency) to regulate on behalf of Americans.
