Candlewood Lake with Beast Coast Fishing! Finally made it down to Candlewood Lake in Connecticut for the first time, and what an impressive trip! With water temps still hovering just below 50 degrees, and the water incredibly stained like chocolate milk, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but we found some hungry largemouth and smallmouth bass all day! Jerkbaits, a chatterbait, and the new hybrid Hustler jig from Beast Coast Fishing put some big fish in the boat!
