Today we are at Tiburon golf club in North Naples. After a brief introduction about the golf club we will be discussing two on the communities within Tiburon. Bolero and Esperanza. Directly next to the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort. The communities in Tiburon all surround the Ritz Carlton golf Resort and all are within walking distance. This makes the communities of Tiburon a very special place.
Today we will visit the Bolero community first. Bolero is across from the clubhouse and golf facilities at Tiburon golf club. The community is home to 60 condominiums residences in 20 buildings. The condo units are 2 and 3 Bedrooms and all have golf course views or views of the water. Each condo above the ground floor has its own private elevator. All condos two car garages and large lanai's.
