On the 5 day cruise with Eco Abrolhos the staff rise as the sun breaks to pull the Cray pots. I was lucky to go along for the ride... a lot of hard work involved in getting daily Lobsters. But SO worth it!! Thanks to Sonia and Jay Cox from Eco - Abrolhos, Mark Armstrong and Tyson for their toil and Chef Ray for the spoils!
