The Mr. Woodchuck puppet that Dave Coulier uses was actually a gift given to him by Jimmy Fallon. Dave’s yellow labrador, Ranger, actually ate the original puppet after the original Full House show ended in 1995. Originally, the role of Michelle was going to be given to either Mary-Kate or Ashley Olsen. It was only going to go to one of them since they looked so different after all this time and for continuity reasons. Both of them ended up turning it down, and the new adult role went to Andrea Barber instead. Fans had actually petitioned for Olesya Rulin to take the role of Michelle since she looked so similar to the Olsen twins, but the producers decided not to recast the role instead.
