The High court in Kampala has dismissed a petition in which Kyambogo University students had sought to halt the planned graduation ceremonies on Tuesday next week.
Presenting the ruling, Principal Judge Flavian Zaija ruled against the petitioners on a technicality, arguing that the number of affidavits were insufficient to proceed with the request for an injunction.
