First Lady Jeannette Kagame attended the 1st graduation event of the Premier Early Childhood Development Education Teachers' College in Kigali, on 16 June 2017.
Premier ECD teachers college was accredited by the Government of Rwanda on September 2013 as a private institution of higher learning to provide high quality early childhood teacher training for pre-school teachers and primary 1,2 and 3.
The Premier ECD teachers college saw 41 graduands, some with certificates and others with diplomas.
