Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today stepped up his attack against private university USTM stating that he will even move the green tribunal against the alleged rampant hill cutting by the institute. The hill cutting by USTM has been termed as one of the major causes of the escalating flash flood situation in Guwahati. CM Sarma also questioned the secular credentials of the university.
