Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Mar 11 (ANI): Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on March 11, while speaking about the state’s Budget Session in Chennai, said that according to the information she received, the meeting was adjourned and not prorogated.“I've been told that the meeting (Telangana Budget Session) was adjourned, not prorogated. It's almost customary. Some such incidents have happened. Morally, there should've been the Governor's address,” the Governor said. (JA)
