Vegetable Stir Fry 🥬 🥕 🍄 🌶️ 🧄 👩🏻🍳
Stir fry is an example that simplicity is the key!! It is crisp, fresh & bursting with umami! This recipe gets done in a jiffy!! Quick and easy Asian stir fry is my all time favorite!
Here’s how easy it is to make -
Ingredients -
Mushrooms - 250gms
Carrots 2, sliced
Broccoli - 1, florets
Baby Corn - 6-7, sliced
Butter - 1tbsp
Garlic - 1tbsp chopped
Dried Red chillies -2, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper - to taste.
Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
Honey - 1tsp
Red Bell peppers - ½
Onions - 1, diced.
Method -
1.Steam carrots, baby corn, broccoli for about 5-7 mins.
2.Now in a wok add butter garlic, ginger and chillies. Sauté it till a nice fragrant comes up. Add the mushrooms, half of the diced onions and capsicum and toss theme on a high flame
3.Season it with some salt and pepper.
4.Now add the steamed broccoli,baby corn and carrots to the wok.Toss it nicely.
5.In a separate bowl, whisk some honey to the soy sauce and mix well.
6.Add the prepared soy honey to the wok and stir it well.
7.The trick is this, in a separate small pan add v little butter, to this add the remaining onions with some chillies. Toss this well till nice and golden and add this to the stir fry recipes !! Enjoy this warm and yumm!
Chef’s Tips -
This recipe has to be cooked on high flame and best to use a wok or a frying pan. Not a heavy bottomed pan or kadai. You can add any meat of your choice or even paneer to this recipe!
