Several key roads and many low-lying areas in Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region) were waterlogged after heavy rain lashed the city on Wednesday evening, affecting traffic movement and crippling normal life. Ten flights were diverted from Delhi to other locations due to adverse weather conditions.
