In 2019 I sailed alone from Bergen in Norway to Wick in Scotland and then back. The boat was an very old and ribbed Polo 86 ( 28 fot ). It took about 60 hours from Norway to Scotland, because of the good conditions, but on the way home it all changed, and I only managed to get this tiny sailboat back to Norway due to much patience, experience and a glowing heart, set on never to give up. It took nearly 6 days. So do not try to do this alone. The biggest danger is to be ran over by Large ships, because this is the main Shipping Lane for all the Oil Rigs of Norway and Britain. And it is also a international main lane for big fishing wessels, traders, container ships and enormous passenger liners. Enjoy this Short film. I wish you all the best of luck and Fair winds on your own voyages in the years to come. Thank you.
