The Escondido City Council voted 3-2 on August 23, 2017 to approve a motion for the city to contract with LS&S to manage operations of the Escondido Public Library. Mayor Sam Abed, Councilmember John Masson, and Concilmember Ed Gallo voted yes; Councilmember Olga Diaz and Mike Morasco voted no.
