In the present era, social media has become an integral part of daily life, yet its usage varies among different countries. Anthropologist Ibnu Nadzir will explain the differences and their underlying causes. Ibnu Nadzir is a PhD student in the Anthropology Department at University College London (UCL), researching nationalism and the startup ecosystem in Indonesia. With over ten years of experience as a researcher at the Center for Research on Society and Culture-BRIN, he focuses on digital anthropology studies. His publications can be found in books, scientific journals, and various media outlets in Indonesia and abroad. Additionally, he actively engages with government institutions, NGOs, and the private sector through his work in the scientific field.
