Shadow Man was a dark, enticing classic on the N64/PS1/Dreamcast and PC back in the day, and Nightdive’s Remaster got me thoroughly obsessed with it again. In this video, I talk about why I love its convoluted and inaccessible world design and how, given you bring enough patience and the will to meet the game on its own terms, the joy of getting totally lost and find your way again makes it a super-engaging, addicting early-3d-platformer open world action adventure.
