Whisky.com reviews the Dingle Single Malt. The Irish Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After the single malt was only bottled in smaller batches for a few years, the first standard bottling for the core range is now following. The triple distilled malt whiskey matures 61% in PX sherry barrels and 39% in classic bourbon barrels.
