After trying all the different methods of how to change your YouTube Channel Name URL, I found a method that works 100% of the time. I was able to change the YouTube Channel Name for 5 different YouTube Channels. Let me know down in the comments if this method worked for you.

UPDATE: In all Google's wisdom, they have changed how to access the Domain Name verifcation portion of this video (as pointed out by +RJ_Make ). In order to make it look like the video at 4:09, you need to look to the bottom left hand corner for some barely legible grey text that says "Back To Classic Google +". Click this and it will bring it back to look just like it does in the video.
