A fresh row erupted between AP and Telangana States over drawal of Krishna river waters on Tuesday. TS alleged that AP had unilaterally lifted three gates of Pothireddypadu head regulator on Tuesday without approval from the Krishna River Management Board (KRMB) and lodged a complaint against AP.
