A few years ago, I got tipped off as to the whereabouts of a Subaru ute (pickup to the Americans) that had just been left to rot. Recently, I was lucky enough to get a shot at bringing it back to life, and how could I say no to that?
It was no mean feat but we slogged away to make things happen. As always, with any car that's left to rot, it's always fun getting it to roar into life...
