I had originally intended on buying a tube of Schmincke Horadam Random Grey 2022 Watercolour paint, and instead I somehow managed to purchase a tube of Schmincke Norma Random Grey 2021 Oil paint! It takes talent to get those two mixed up, lol!

So....what to do with a random Random Grey oil paint? Making a painting, of course! I ended up painting a fan art piece of Sauron from The Lord of the Rings, and I also added in some white oil paint in order to obtain those all important values from light to dark.

An unexpected but actually kind of successful painting, yay!

Because Random Grey paints are limited edition, they aren't so easy to find, but here are a couple of links to this specific 2021 paint, and hopefully they're still in stock!
