The Marvel vs Capcom series is beloved to those who are really into the fighting game world, and we've all had amazing experiences playing the games, but I wanted to back to the very first entry for this video.
Released in the mid '90s, 'X-Men: Children of the Atom' is exactly that, the very first Marvel vs Capcom game. While not technically part of the series at a first glance, Street Fighter's Akuma is featured in the game as a playable character, so it counts!
I wanted to explore not only the gameplay and reception of the final game, but also its development and history to provide an understand of how this classic fighting game came to light in the first place.
