Me and Ed Hartin have a conversation about a recent fire. It is a case study where Ed has gathered information about the incident and we use the case as a starting point for various discussions.
We do not claim to know exactly what happened at this incident, or how the actual fire department acted. Nor is it a review of the fire departments actions. It is simply a foundation for having discussions about firefighting and to learn more.
