An incident of gas leakage was reported around 10 am from a chemical factory situated at Anand Nagar MIDC in Ambernath. Around 34 people living in the vicinity complained of breathing problems and had to be admitted to Central hospital in Ulhasnagar for treatment. The fire official said that leakage at R K Chemical company was plugged within an hour.
