Juan Carlos Gaspar, his wife Selma and their 12-year-old son Carlos were ejected from their vehicle on the 202 South Mountain freeway on Saturday night. The family was hit and killed by an alleged drunk driver, Aryian Guy.
The Gaspar family is being remembered by their extended family as hardworking and family-oriented. According to court paperwork, Guy has admitted to drinking while driving.
