Note for installation of rubber joint:
● the rubber joint shall be installed according to the natural length of the product, and it is strictly prohibited to install beyond the displacement limit.
● the pipeline must be supported by fixed bracket or bracket, and both ends of rubber joint shall be supported by fixed bracket. The closer the bracket and rubber joint is, the better.
● the force of the pipe fixing bracket must be greater than the axial force, and the joint cannot bear the weight and axial force of the pipe itself.
● please install it within the allowable range of the product. If the displacement and deflection exceed the range, the rubber joint will leak and pull off.
● the bolts shall be tightened gradually diagonally. Over tightening will damage the sealing surface.
● when the pipeline pressure or vibration is too large, the temperature is too high or the fixed support is unreliable, anti pulling device shall be installed to avoid the rubber joint pulling off or water leakage caused by pipeline displacement or vibration.
● the product shall be used within the allowable temperature, pressure and medium range.
● the pipe flange butt joint with rubber joint shall be butterfly valve special flange to ensure good contact of sealing surface. The rust proof oil on the flange shall be wiped to prevent corrosion of rubber joint. The joint can be installed after the pipe flange and pipe are welded and cooled. It is forbidden to connect the pipe flange and rubber joint first and then weld the pipe, which will burn the rubber joint at high temperature.
● during the installation of threaded rubber joints, it is forbidden to interchange the union joints at both ends, and install them according to the original set. During the installation, the strength shall not be too large, otherwise the leakage and damage of products may be caused.
