Ambassador-at-Large, U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, and Senior Bureau Official for Global Health Security and Diplomacy, Dr. John Nkengasong joined a conversation on the future of PEPFAR during the 52nd Annual Legislative Conference hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. Amb. Nkengasong participated in a panel conversation moderated by Washington Post Associate Editor and MSNBC anchor Jonathan Capehart, with USAID Administrator Samantha Power, and Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), who co-authored the legislation that created PEPFAR. The panel also includes Melanie Egorin, Assistant Secretary of Legislation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and Kenny Kamson, ONE Campaign Activist.
