Serves 2
1 tin sardine of your choice
1 hott pepper or half or pimento
1/4 large onion sliced
Salt&black pepper to taste
2 leaves chadon benni (bandania) chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp like juice
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 stalk chive (optional)
Option 2 of cooking
Toss sardine into the oil & cook for 2 mins on medium heat
