Meet Crazy Dave. Dave used to be an inmate in the famous San Pedro prison, located in the centre of La Paz in Bolivia. Everyday at 1pm, Dave shows up at the Plaza Sucre, located right in front of the prison, to tell his story to any travellers that have come along to find him. Don’t worry about how to find him, HE WILL FIND YOU.

We learnt all about how he got tempted into the world of drug smuggling, got set up and caught with kilos of cocaine and spent a number of years locked up in the fascinating and unusual world of San Pedro prison.

I have quit my job, sold my car, given up my house and will be travelling around the world for a whole year. I have no itinerary and no other flights booked so I can’t tell you where I’ll be going next, or even where I’ll be tomorrow, so hit that subscribe button to follow along with my journey.
