Apa sih Konro itu? Konro adalah masakan iga sapi yang berasal dari Makasar. Sop Konro adalah sup iga dengan rasa rempah yang nikmat sedangkan Konro bakar dimakan bersama bumbu kacang.
Bahan:
1 kg Iga Sapi
1 ltr Air
1 Sereh
3 Daun Salam
3 Daun Jeruk
1/2 kayu manis
4 Cengkeh
1 sdm Gula jawa
1 sdt/ 1 blok kaldu sapi
1 sdt Garam
Bumbu Halus:
6 (kecil)/ 3 (besar) bawang merah
3 bawang putih
3 Kluwek
3 Kemiri
1 sdt Ketumbar
1/2 sdt Jintan
1/2 biji pala
1/2 sdt Kunyit bubuk
1/2 sdt kapulaga bubuk
3 cm Jahe
1/2 sdt lada
Bumbu Kacang
150 gr kacang goreng
300 ml air
3 sdm gula
1 sdt garam
2 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm air jeruk
(bisa ditambah 1 garlic dicincang bila suka)

Ingredients:
2 lb Beef ribs
1 ltr Water
1 Lemongrass
3 Bay leaves
3 Kafir lime leaves
1/2 cinammon stick
4 cloves
1 tbs palm sugar
1 tsp/ 1 block beef bouillon
1 tsp salt
Blended Spices:
3 Shallot
3 Garlic
3 Pangium Edule (you can find it in asian market or indonesian store)
3 Candle nut
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 nutmeg
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 cm Ginger
1/2 tsp cardamon powder
1/2 tsp pepper
Peanut sauce:
150 gr Roasted Peanut/ Fried Peanut
300 ml water
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs lemon juice
(you can add 1 chopped garlic if you like)
