The fully-functional prototype of the ASKA™ A5 drive & fly vehicle cruises in Monterey, CA. The four-seater ASKA™ is a drive & fly electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicle (eVTOL) that can travel by road like a car and fly vertically like a plane in the air.

Our vision of air mobility is a way for people to move faster, safer, and greener with the comfort of door to door travel. Imagine living in nature, up to 250 flight miles from a city, and driving ASKA™ for short trips in your area. When you need to visit an urban area, you drive ASKA™ to a secured liftoff space like a helipad, and commute with an airspeed up to 150mph. When you land ASKA™, it’s ready to drive you to your final destination.

The first edition of ASKA™ will require a private pilot’s license but future versions will be fully autonomous, allowing you to just sit back and enjoy the ride. The A5 can be parked in garages or parking lots and use an EV charging station.

ASKA™ A5 is the world's first flying car to start the type certification process with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a drive-and-fly eVTOL. A full-scale prototype of the A5 has successfully completed its first tethered airborne tests and received authorization to drive on public roads from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The ASKA™ 5 is set for commercialization in 2026 subject to certification and available now for preorder.
